SUPERVISION, EXPEDITING AND QUALITY CONTROL
KenaTek, gives supervision services mainly to the German contractors placing orders to the Turkish suppliers. We do both, Project Management and Technical supervision for the entire projects.
Project Management Supervision: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate projects from start to finish acc. to the schedule, specifications and budget.
Technical Supervision: Coordinate and review the technical work of the projects. Monitor progress against established schedules. Prove the test/acceptance assurance of the equipment to be dispatched.
